Integrating QALITA Platform into your information system is an important step that allows you to unlock all the platform's functionalities.

Architecture​

QALITA Platform is a modular platform that integrates into your information system using API REST.

You can freely integrate the platform into your information system using API REST without restrictions.

Third-party applications​

QALITA platform also offers a set of connectors to automate integration tasks with well-known third-party applications:

  • Gitlab: The platform is compatible with Gitlab, and lets you synchronize quality tickets with Gitlab tickets.
  • Microsoft Teams: The platform is compatible with Microsoft Teams, and allows you to create discussions linked to quality tickets.

To integrate these third-party applications, go with an administrator account to [settings] > [integration].
